Infobric Group is a leading provider of digital services that contribute to increased safety, improved productivity and increased sustainability in the construction industry. Since its inception in 2004, Infobric has grown substantially. The growth has taken place both organically and through a number of company acquisitions. With over 10,000 customers and 350 employees, they are today operating in the Nordics as well as in the UK and are one of Sweden's largest SaaS companies.
The Workforce segment specializes in solutions tailored for construction sites in the Nordics. Infobric offers a wide range of solutions for managing personnel and subcontractors, for example through services for site access, attendance control, pre-enrollment, follow-up of subcontractors on the project and analysis tools for the main contractor.
The MSite segment specializes in solutions tailored to construction sites in the UK. MSite digitizes the entire flow for a worker on the construction site, including through solutions for enrollment, digital workplace introduction, access and attendance control, and analysis tools for the main contractor.
Within the Equipment & Assets segment, services are developed to increase the productivity and resource efficiency around the handling of machines and equipment on and off the construction site. Infobric's solutions offer data-driven decision support for mobile workforces, companies with large machine and vehicle fleets and machine rental companies.
A new business system to consolidate and scale up the business
"Currently, we are in an expansive phase and have an ambitious growth plan for both existing and new markets, where one of the strategies is to grow through further acquisitions. As we have acquired 16 companies in the last four years, our data is currently in several different systems and we therefore need to clarify this through a group-wide platform and create increased efficiency and automated flows," says Kristina Laurelii, Group CFO at Infobric.
"We were looking for a modern, cloud-based, user-friendly and internationally established solution for our business. We are constantly working to develop existing and new digital solutions for our customers and as the business operations are planned to expand, our demand for flexibility and adaptability will also increase in a global context. We need a flexible system that is easy to integrate with different systems. After a careful evaluation of different systems and partners where we looked at needs and skills, NetSuite and Staria became the obvious choice," tells Carin Ljung, Group Finance Manager at Infobric.
"Internally, we ourselves have worked out a requirement specification based on our current processes, identified shortcomings and defined which functions and improvements are needed. Staria have been good at quickly understanding our business. With great commitment and a professional approach, we have then together done an analysis phase to create insight and structure for the implementation of NetSuite. We have received good guidance in the work and have high confidence that this will be a successful project and collaboration," says Annika Sjöberg, Group Controller at Infobric.

NetSuite is modular and you choose the parts that suit your business. For Infobric, NetSuite will be the base where they gather all the companies in the group. They will work with the majority of all their business processes in NetSuite – everything from purchasing, inventory, orders to revenue, accruals, plant records and operational consolidation, for example.
In addition to NetSuite, Infobric will also implement Staria's invoicing solution Flow for scanning, interpreting and certifying supplier invoices as well as a banking solution, and the tool Acubiz for expense management.
"We then hope to be able to build on it further with good support for budget, forecast and analysis," says Annika Sjöberg.
"Infobric is a very exciting company that operates in an industry that is at an interesting stage. Digitization, efficiency and new solutions in the industry have an underlying growth and through their leading position, I am convinced that Infobric will have both more and more satisfied customers in 5 years than today. It is going to be great fun to deepen our collaboration and support them on their continued journey. A little extra fun, of course, to see companies from my hometown succeed on the global market," tells Klas Blomkvist, Sales Executive at Staria.
