HELSINKI March 22, 2023: Staria continues on its international growth path. The acquisition of Suitespot strengthens Staria’s NetSuite team enabling the company to better meet its customers’ needs in Europe and internationally.
Staria Oyj acquires Suitespot AB, a Sweden-based information technology and services company, which is specialized in Oracle NetSuite business platform. Staria was founded in 2003 and it has acted as NetSuite solution provider for the past 10 years. To support international growth companies, Staria offers global accounting and payroll services in over 40 countries with a unique one stop delivery model. Staria has high customer satisfaction and excellent employee experience in the core of its business model. Suitespot was founded in 2018 and it has grown fast to become the leading NetSuite partner in Sweden. The acquisition will complement Staria’s existing NetSuite services and strategy.

Suitespot helps companies to streamline and automate processes with NetSuite, which is the world’s leading cloud-based business platform with over 33,000 global customers. With the acquisition, Staria’s position as Europe’s leading NetSuite solution provider will be further strengthened.
As a result of the acquisition, Suitespot’s entire personnel will join the Staria team. The company has 40 employees and offices in five cities in Sweden.

Staria has achieved significant international growth
Staria's organic growth rate has been around 30% each year, and now with the acquisition the company expects to reach new records with accelerated growth in the Nordics. According to Staria’s strategy, most of its future growth will come outside Finland.
