Staria supports comprehensively Oiva Isännöinti’s growth strategy

Established in 2021, Oiva Isännöinti is a rapidly growing property management company. In line with its growth strategy, Oiva Isännöinti completed more than ten acquisitions during the past year. Staria is responsible for the company’s payroll and accounts payable services. In addition, the BI & Planning solution supports data-driven growth. Staria’s services and systems are scalable in line with Oiva Isännöinti’s growth.

Oiva Isännöinti provides its customers with a variety of property management services. Its customers are served by nearly 300 property management experts. The company’s net sales were around EUR 28 million in 2022.

“Our ambition is to renew the industry by providing customers with transparent services using modern tools,” says Jarno Karhinen, CFO at Oiva Isännöinti. When Oiva Isännöinti was looking for a provider of payroll and accounts payable services, it was important to find a partner that could support the company’s growth strategy.

Netvisor makes accounting more efficient

Staria provides Oiva Isännöinti with accounts payable services for around 14 companies. The service is provided electronically using the accounting platform Netvisor, which enables taking care of financial matters regardless of time and place. Staria has also helped Oiva Isännöinti to take in use Netvisor’s other functionalities.

“Netvisor is an efficient tool, since it has all the functionalities within one system. It’s very easy to use,” says Karvinen.

Clear high-quality reports provide real-time data

Regarding reporting, for Oiva Isännöinti it is important that there’s real-time data available on the company's operations. Staria’s BI & Planning solution improves the quality and efficiency of reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

“Our cooperation with Staria on reporting has been great. We want our reports to be clear, so that our heads of units can read and interpret them smoothly. We want to keep the quality of our internal reporting as high as possible. BI & Planning enables us to stay on top of things. The reports are reliable and of a high quality,” Karhinen emphasises.

Integration processes have been carried out smoothly

Together with Staria, Oiva Isännöinti has already completed more than ten acquisitions. In other words, Staria has proven its ability to support Oiva’s growth strategy. “Acquisitions constantly present us with new integration requirements. Staria’s role in these situations is significant. We have been able to complete the integration processes very smoothly,” Karhinen explains.

In terms of payroll, Oiva Isännöinti’s HR Director Eva-Stiina Lavikainen gives special thanks to Staria for its industry knowledge. Through acquisitions, Oiva continuously gains new employees with different situations and salaries.

“Staria understands our operating environment, which is why they can provide the best possible support,” says Lavikainen. “As we have acquired new companies, we have together made changes to payroll services and implemented the services into these new companies,” Lavikainen explains.
