Project Description

Vässla Micromobility

Vässla takes the next growth step with a long-term partner

Vässla was founded in Stockholm in 2017 by Rickard Bröms when he got tired of being stuck in traffic for hours when he would rather spend that time with his family. The idea of an electric vespa started growing and since then things have progressed quickly. Two years later, the same vespa became the most sold in Sweden and the product range has since been expanded to include award-winning electric bicycles. Vässla is driven by the idea of a greener urban life and making life easier for commuters in larger cities. Their subscription model makes it possible to get access to premium products at an attractive price.

Vässla has a positive view of the future, and the market potential within the industry is great.
- The global market is large and growing very strongly. In 2026, the total market of electric bicycles is forecasted to be approximately 80 billion USD. Our ambition is therefore to grow towards new international markets, says Vässla's CEO Rickard Bröms.

To support the long-term ambitions, Vässla made the decision to digitize itself by implementing NetSuite ERP to support their operations to enable continued growth.
- We have made a careful selection process. The opportunity to scale our business cost-effectively is great with NetSuite as a business system. NetSuite is flexible and has an international focus where we will have the opportunity for automation and more efficient internal processes, which will thus enable us to focus more on value creation, says Björn Mattsson, Head of Supply Operations at Vässla.

Choosing the right supplier can be at least as important as choosing the system for a successful implementation of a new ERP system.
- Apart from the fact that Suitespot is among the largest NetSuite partners in Sweden, we felt a lot of trust as they quickly understood our needs and challenges. Their experience and advice will be valuable for us going forward, while at the same time our feeling is that we will have fun together, which I think is important for a good long-term collaboration, says Bröms.
