The first step is to increase the understanding about RPA within the company by arranging a one hour online training session for a selected group of individuals. The focus of the training session is in the RPA basics, process analysis techniques and business case understanding.
Step 2: Finding the processes with RPA potential
The second step is to start the internal process analysis. The goal is to find out and list which processes, and tasks take up a lot of time from the employees and which processes have the most potential for RPA automation. For the most potential targets initial process analysis documents will be filled and more accurate process descriptions are made. Staria´s templates are utilized in the compilation and preliminary analysis of processes.
Step 3: Process workshop and business case calculations
In the process workshop, we review in detail the potential processes you have identified. The processes are conducted step by step through Teams utilizing screen sharing. Together, we explore and find out the true potential of the processes and make decisions about the most promising pilot cases. During the process workshop, we will be able to make a preliminary workload assessment of the processes and we will be able to form a preliminary RPA business case.
