Finland’s 1st NetSuite Customer Day was organized 17.2.2016

Nettiin yleisöStaria Oyj’s NetSuite Customer Day on 17.2.2016 at Supercell Oy’s venue filled an auditorium full of current as well as future users of NetSuite cloud-based ERP.

Staria is the first NetSuite Solution Provider partner in Finland. At the beginning, Juha Tommila, CEO of Staria, presented Staria mission as the event opening.

– We would like to offer the software and services that enable our customers to make better decisions, Tommila emphasizes. – For this reason, we have started cooperate with NetSuite since the end of 2013.

Founded in 1998, NetSuite is considered as the world’s leading cloud-based ERP solution provider. As the company main owner, Oracle founder, Larry Ellison saw back then the necessity of an agile, easily deployed, cloud-based ERP system.

Tommila added that NetSuite offers transparency to data of a company and its subsidiaries in desired currency. In addition, the possibilities of combining data at corporate level are nearly borderless.

Tommila also revealed what unites Staria’s NetSuite customers. He mentioned the necessity of companies to utilize revolutionary thinking and technology in business activities. Nesuite enables innovative way of co-operation for customers, retailers and partners.

Staria offers more comprehensive support to customers

Customer Days were also openings to Staria NetSuite customer program.

– The purpose is to confirm Staria NetSuite customer support service and deepen our understandings about our customers’ business challenges, said Staria CIO, Jari Heikkinen.

Staria provides customer with an experienced team that will be responsible for NetSuite deployment and software support. New support service will be put into use gradually in spring.

User experience and future trends

Heikki Puomila from Finance department of Supercell Oy told about his own user experience of Netsuite operation and the cooperation with Staria. He also revealed the reasons why the international game company considered NetSuite cloud-based software as the most applicable to the current organization.

Product Manager David Michálek, International NetSuite, Senior Account Manager Andy Simms, EMEA, NetSuite and Channel Manager Martin Faergemann, EMEA, NetSuite presented on the day the latest information about NetSuite cloud-based services.

During the rest of the day there were popular small-group workshops of different topics. In the workshops users were able to deliver their own development expectations to David Michálek of NetSuite system product development unit.
